An assignment starts after written confirmation of scope, price, timeline, and responsibilities.

DeepCraft delivers practical AI assistants and workflows based on information supplied by the customer and agreed integrations.

Setup fees and monthly fees are confirmed in advance. Invoices are payable within the agreed payment term.

The customer supplies accurate content, reviews answers, and reports changes in services, prices, or policy on time.

Liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount paid for the relevant service, where legally permitted.
