Privacy policy

This page provisionally describes how DeepCraft handles personal data. The content is draft text and requires legal review.

Data controller

DeepCraft, KvK 90167449, Hilversum, the Netherlands. Contact: info@deepcraft.nl.

Data we process

Name, email address, business information, booking details, and UTM campaign data when you use forms or contact us. In addition: messages you type into the AI chatbot, and page-visit metadata (URL path, referrer, language, UTM parameters, country/city derived from the IP address). Your IP address is masked (last segment removed) before it reaches the operator alert channel.

Purposes

Responding to requests, scheduling calls, delivering AI services, real-time service monitoring (the operator receives private notifications of chatbot conversations and first-of-session page visits to detect abuse and maintain quality), improving the website, and measuring campaigns after consent.

Lawful basis

Contract preparation or performance, legitimate interest (including service quality and abuse detection via private operator notifications on a pseudonymised basis), legal obligations, and consent for analytics and ad measurement.

Retention

Data is not kept longer than needed for the purpose, unless legal obligations require a longer retention period.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection via info@deepcraft.nl.
