- What does an AI agent cost?
- The build is one-time: Quick Win €999, Growth €1,999. After that you pay €99 or €199 per month to keep the agent running and improving. Custom work is priced after a short call.
- How fast can an agent go live?
- A Quick Win usually goes live within 5 days. We need your services, opening hours, common questions and how you want conversations handed to your team.
- How is this different from a chatbot?
- A classic chatbot follows a fixed script. An AI agent understands the question, finds the answer in your own information and can act for you, such as booking an appointment or passing on a lead. What it may do is agreed up front.
- What happens to customer data?
- We do not train external AI models on your customer data. Hosting is in the EU, and for every project we set down what the agent may use and what a person handles.
